You can select from various programs, depending on your current needs, including those listed below:
Target Exploration: You're considering a career change but have no clear direction in mind. Core program: Up to six weekly 30-minute sessions, starting with a session to explore, clarify, and set goals. Also included: Success Insights Career Planning assessment ($110 value).
Launch-Pad Liftoff: You want to make a career change and have a goal in mind but need information, resources, and action plans to get there. Core program: Up to six weekly 30-minute sessions, starting with a session to develop an action plan for your coaching program. Also included are two online assessments: Success Insights Career Planning and Success Insights Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values.
Mastering Your Universe: You're already established in a career and ready to master your "universe," which might include advancing in your career or enhancing your work-personal life balance by leveraging what you've already achieved. Core program: Up to six weekly 30-minute sessions, starting with a session to identify key issues and develop an action plan to address them through coaching. Also included: (1) Success Insights Executive version and (2) Success Insights Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values.

Pick-and-Choose Options
Various items are available as individual options or can be added to one of the packages above. These include:
Single-Session Coaching: One-time session (30-45 minutes) focused on a particular issue of interest or concern in your career or job search; $100.00.
Each of the following packages includes the assessment tool (about 15 minutes to complete online) AND a single-session interpretation consultation with me to discuss your results and how you can use them effectively (30-45 minutes):
Career Planning: This profile will help you find your career direction by assisting you to define your occupational/behavioral style. It helps you make and plan career changes and decisions, including clarifying job expectations and analyzing your "ideal job."
Executive: The Executive profile is designed to help you attain a greater knowledge of yourself and others. Your personalized report includes analysis of your strengths and value to the organization. You can develop action plans to build on your strengths and overcome factors that might limit your success.
Management-Staff: Whether you are taking it as a manager or an employee, this profile can help you assess your strengths and possible limitations and develop an action plan to increase your productivity.
Sales: Success in selling is more challenging today than ever and requires a higher level of skill. The profile gives you a broad understanding of your natural sales style. It analyzes what you prefer to sell, how you handle presentations, and how you close and service accounts.
Interviewing - General & Sales: This profile comes in two versions and enhances the interviewing process. It assists you to prepare for interviews by considering your ideal work environment and value to the organization, as well as relevant interview questions.
Personal Interests, Attitudes & Values: What is it that causes you to move into action? What are the drivers of
your behavior? What activities, careers and conversations inspire a
"passion" within you, causing you to want to become involved? The Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values assessment measures the why of your actions, leading to an understanding of what drives your behavior and the attitudes that move you into action.
Coaching Launch Procedures:
Confidential information is never shared without written permission and will not be sold at any time.
Other than for single-session coaching, new clients are encouraged to sign up for a three-month program in order to fully support achieving the desired results (12 consecutive weekly sessions, up to 45 minutes each). Shorter program lengths will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Coaching is charged to a credit card prior to the start of each monthly segment or each module of two or more sessions.
Company policy states that sessions canceled or missed without at least 24 hours' notice will not be rescheduled or credited.
Clients assume responsibility for all long-distance telephone charges.
Between-session email messages or brief (5-minute) telephone calls are allowed for time-sensitive issues that do not require extensive consultation.
