Career Coaching Programs for a Career Change or Career Transition

You can select from various programs, depending on your current needs, including those listed below (unless other noted, core program length is typically four to six sessions lasting up to 45 minutes each):

• Program start-up consultation: This session generally lasts 60-90 minutes and establishes a plan for the shorter sessions that will follow. It initiates our work together regardless of which of the other programs you ultimately select. Estimated investment: $150-225.
• Target exploration: You're considering a career change but have no clear direction in mind. Program includes a Success Insights Career Planning assessment and discussion. Estimated investment: $500-750.
• Launch-pad liftoff: You want to make a career change and have a goal in mind but need information, resources, and action plans to get there. Program also includes two online assessments: Success Insights Career Planning and Success Insights Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values. Estimated investment: $600-850.
• Mastering your universe: You've already established a career and are ready to "master your universe," which might include advancing in your career or enhancing your work-personal life balance by leveraging what you've already achieved. Program includes two online assessments: Success Insights Executive and Success Insights Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values. Estimated investment: $600-850.

Your coaching investment will, of course, depend on the program you select and on the options you choose to add, if any.
