Coaching Service Options and Tools

A number of different items are available as individual service options and can be provided separately or added to your core program if you choose. These include the following:

• Single-session coaching: If you just need to focus on a particular issue of interest or concern in your career search or job search, this one-time, 45-minute session might be your choice. Estimated investment: $115.
• Success Insights assessment packages (DISC-based): Assuming your core package doesn't include an assessment or doesn't include one you would like to take, you can add one or more of them. Estimated investment: To be determined, depending on assessment(s) selected.
• Interview coaching: Generally, you will schedule one or two sessions of approximately 45 minutes to help you prepare for an upcoming interview or just to be ready for anticipated interviews. Estimated investment: $115-190.
• Performance review preparation: If you have a performance review coming up and want help in preparing to make it as beneficial an experience as possible, you can schedule a session of 30 to 60 minutes. Estimated investment: $75-150.
