Coaching Procedures

While some customizing can and will be done to suit individual clients, the following information is standard for all clients:

  • Confidential information is never shared without written permission and will not be sold at any time.
  • All coaching is conducted by phone and/or email.
  • Coaching payments are charged to a credit card or submitted via PayPal prior to the start of each session.
  • Company policy states that payment will not be waived for sessions canceled or missed without at least 24 hours' notice, but one such session may be rescheduled for a later date in the event of an emergency situation.
  • Clients will generally initiate all coaching consultation calls and therefore assume responsibility for the long-distance telephone charges.
  • Brief, between-session email communications are allowed at no additional cost for time-sensitive issues that do not require extensive consultation.
